Help Scratched Lens

I have a scratched lens , I was wondering if I could take it to sprint and see if they will replace it . Will my insurance that I pay cover this ? Any insight will be wonderful and helpful .

That's not covered under the warranty, therefore you would have to file an insurance claim and pay the 100 dollar deductible.

It's not covered under warranty but if you have the full $7 insurance they may help ya out. I would say its with stopping by a store and checking.

Are you talking about the main camera lens on the back of the phone? Mine has a huge scratch across it as well and I noticed it after only owning the phone for a week which chaps my butt because I had my Droid 1 for a year and a half and not one scratch on the camera. I'm questioning the quality of glass they use for the camera lens.

Because 1) I never took the time to search to see how many threads there are and 2) of all the smart phones I've used none had scratched camera lenses after a week or two of ownership. Seems I'm not the only one who has this problem with this phone either.
