Help screen acting up help!!!!

i accsidently droped my phone and it looked like it was ok. when i tried unlocking the phone and i couldnt. the problem got fixed but after that the phone would move by its self,any one know how to fix this. btw i tried rebooting it and taking the battery out for 5 to 10 minutes

I think if your phone is moving by itself, you've got some serious problems. I would definitely ask for a replacement from Virgin Mobile if my phone moved by itself.

Unfortunately your initial description of the problem was difficult to follow & vague...

Attempting to unlock your phone how? Were you following a guide? If you were, which guide? On the guide, where did you get stuck?

You dropped your phone & now the screen moves by itself? Can you describe this behavior in a bit more detail? i.e. you're looking at something, not touching anything, and the phone swipes to the next home screen? I don't understand.

Do you know what HBOOT your phone is using? You can find this out by pulling the battery out, then replacing the battery. Once the battery is back in the phone, hold the volume-down button, and press the power button for a couple of seconds. Release the power button, then the volume-down button. Your phone will go to a white HBOOT screen, which will have a bunch of text on it. Can you type that text out here?

Is it doing this: HTC Evo V 4G Screen issues ?

That's my phone btw, and replacement is the only fix. It was a stock, never rooted device and factory resets did not fix anything.
