Help Screen blank when ringing

agent - Have you flashed zefie's custom kernel? Since I did, my GPS seems to be working 100%.

I'm going to do it as soon as my hangover from tonight's festivities clear up... so probably sometime in March

I have the same issue. It was the same way on my Touch Pro. It just seems to take about 8-12 seconds to "wake up" & show me who's calling. Oddly enough, the Touch Pro woke up a little faster than the Moment, plus with VC it would tell me who was calling. I hope this is worked out in the update (along with a lot of other things...).

I think ive narrowed it down, it is indeed the prox sensor. make sure your thumb or fingers dont come close to it.

Yeah.... Just cut a hole in the case where the prox sensor is =D

My screens usually comes to life(displaying the caller id info) between the 1st & 2nd ring. I've never noticed it not coming on at all. This is after the CL14 update. I'm pretty certain it was working the same way before the update.

^^agreed. No issues after the first ring the screen comes up.

it takes my boss's phone about 3-4 rings before the screen shows itself. He's actually fed up with the phone and am going to try him on the pixi next. I think the phone part is laggy in general. I've double called people where I get the message "call not sent" because it's already calling the person. And this is after the latest update. And I still can't see images in my email app which makes me think my Moment is defective. They don't show up in emails but do just fine if I use K9.
