Help Screen comes on when fully charged

My new Verizon S4 lights up to a dimly lit screen when fully charged and will not turn off until I hit a button or unplug it?

My T-mobile does the same, but it will go back off by itself eventually.

I just read in the lag thread about removing lag - with a youtube video on what settings to change. Going to the developer settings as explained in the video I saw a setting for never turning off the screen while charging - I changed that setting so that now when my phone turns the screen on when charged it should turn off again fairly quickly.
