Help Screen dims but won't turn off

Anybody else have this? Also the softkey buttons stay lit up above the trackpad. Running Frankenrom right now but also had it on the new deodexed leak. Reboot cures it for quite awhile, but it seems to return eventually.

I think it's possible it might be due to creating a custom profile in SetCPU for "Screen Off" mode. Just wanted to verify if anybody has pinned it down yet. Happens both when charging and during normal use.

I've noticed this happens since I started using SetCPU too. Usually only when I am using a program that is using a lot of CPU. Other times the screen goes off normally.
