Wow what a pita. I ended up having to go 2 different Best Buys last night since there online inventory isn't correct. The new phone is doing the exact same thing with swiftkey so I give up as far as that goes. On the plus side, my micro USB jack I don't have to force the cord in, I think the jack in the other one I had was crooked or something. And since the phone was no longer on sale they upped the value of my advanced protection plan to $300 instead of $250.

One thing that was interesting, the first Best Buy I went to they powered up the phone and looked at it. The second Best Buy didn't even look in the box to make sure the phone was in there.

Thanks for all the help. I still don't understand why I can't use swiftkey though.

Because their is a known bug in swiftkey!!! Maybe not on every phone, but it is there. The reviews at the play store wont reflect that, but google it, and you will see the truth.
