Screen Protector?

From the Cnet review, it looks like the unit doesn't come with a screen protector. What kind works good with a capacitive screen? I have a Hero now, but no protector on it. But with the Droid X's monster screen, I will need one.:confused:
 
I think you need to protect non-screen areas.
Screens don't scratch very easily but other areas not so much.
 
if this thing has the same glass as the droid or eris, then I don't think a screen protector would be necessary. Unless of course they help with smudges. Do they? I've never used them.
 
Doesn't the Droid X use Gorilla Glass? If so, then it is unnecessary. Gorilla Glass is scary tough.

Oh I know that. It's certainly tougher than the one on the HTC Incredible. I'm very careful with my phones. I have 0 flaws right now on my current Incredible other than a manufacturer defect (speaker blew out). I have gone naked with the phone and no scratches or scuffs. If it really does have Gorilla Glass, I'm not too worried about the screen with how I protect them.
 
It's messed up, but true. It's mentioned in the link I posted above. Anyways, I don't mean to talk about the iPhone. I hear enough about it from all the phanboi's and other websites...

Back on topic, whether or not you decide to get a screen protector. Whatever you do, don't get suckered into buying those cheap screen protectors that Verizon sells directly. They are trash!
 
I like Phantom Skinz myself. And then compliment that with a Seidio case. This will give you complete protection, and also you won't have any dust problems, since both producta are anti-static.

Did you read the freaking article, it says the SCREEN is made of gorilla glass but not the back, and the scratch is not on the freaking SCREEN.
Back side needs protection but the front most likely doesn't
