Root Screenshots taken from Eclipse and other apps have red tint and wrong colors

Whenever I try to take a screenshot using Eclipse or other apps such as Airdroid, the screenshot has a red tint and the colors are very wrong. Below is an example of what I am talking about. Taking screenshots with CM7's built in screenshot feature, the screenshot comes out fine. I am running MTCM7 12-28 but I belive this also happened on older versions. Is this a bug?

? I know im not answering the question, but what rom is that? If im correct im looking at a screenshot of touchwiz.

Yeah, this is something that MikeRL found. I have no idea how to fix it. I haven't tried to use the stock ROM to see if it's the ROMs or not. Didn't care too much as I didn't need it myself.
