Root Screenshots?

I have my DrInc rooted with Adryn's third wave but I still don't know how to take screenshots. I searched the forum and couldn't find anything. I'm sure its extremely easy but island how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

if you have the SDK installed you can use the ddms tool
or you can download drocap2 or shootme from the market and take screens directly from your phone

i prefer using DDMS, but as far as apps go my personal recomandation is drocap
