Help sd card blank???

just formatted my sd card, partitioned, wiped cache using revolutionary to flash a new rom. Now I have nothing on it. Trying to load express 3.4.2 rom but says intallation aborted.

here is some info:

s-off (still rooted)
hboot: 6.16.1002

Can someone please help-I'm screwed!!

your sd Card is empty because you "Formatted" it. Formatting destroys all information on the disk. What recovery are you using?
