Root SD Card Trouble

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site but have been lurking for quite sometime. Last not I decided to try my luck with rooting, and I succeeded! Then the problem arose when I tried to download a new rom. I rooted [ROM] - [MikRoms] - [12/17/2011] - MikG v3.0 - Re-Engineered GB Sense 2.1 + 3.0 and when I finished force close notifications of various programs popped up repeatedly.

I decided to restore my phone through recovery. When I pressed Nandroid restore, E:couldnt open directory/sdcard/nandroid/ appears.

I tried to flash the PC36IMG.zip and it says E:Can't find update script
Also, when I try to reboot my phone now, the phone loads up and charges but the background is repeated initials of mk. Nothing loads up on the screen but icons at the very top (battery life, wifi, charging symbol) and the time.

Please tell me how to restore my phone with a working rom or fix whatever issue on my sd card. Thank you in advance.

moved you to the rooting section.

ok so it looks like you have a bad flash. what did you wipe? do you have access to recovery? if so try and wipe dalvik cache, cache, and data and re-flash the rom.
 
I had the exact same issues you are having with my first flash.

If you are running clockwork mod recovery you need to make sure you wipe dalvik cache, which is found under an advanced tab. Wipe Cache, dalvik cache, data 2-3 times each and then flash your ROM


I would also suggest switching to Amon Ra recovery, as it does a better job of wiping.
