My SD Card wont delete files, after I delete after a while the deleted files come back. I can't add files, after a while the new files get deleted. I can't format the card. It wont let me. How do I fix this.

Sounds like the SD card was somehow write protected.

With your phone plugged in to your PC, try these steps (I'm assuming you have Win7):

1. Left click on the Computer icon on your desktop.
2. You should see the phone as a removable storage device, right click on it and choose Properties.
3. At the top of the new window you should see several tabs, one should be Sharing. Click on it.
4. When that window opens, click on Advanced Sharing.
5. When that window opens, put a tick in the box at the top to "Share this folder".

Is this a new uSD? If it is new, did you get it from a reliable source such as Amazon (not Amazon Marketplace) or Newegg (not Newegg Market) and is it a reputable brand? It is possible it is a counterfit card.

It is not new, I've had it for like about 4-5 months and this problem is starting now.

One last thing, try removing it from your device putting it into an SD adapter and putting it into your laptop or desktop and run the format tool from https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_3/
