Help sd card

Sd card not reconized if unmout card phone locks or reboots. Have to remove battery to resrart phone then works fine till sits for a while then cant find sd card.sandisk 8gb class 4.

I'm going to post this here since its SD card related.

Just switched out my default 2 gig SD for a 32 gig SD

I'm noticed that the original 2 gig sd has folders in it that are missing from the 32 gig.


I have not yet activated the phone... does the software create the files and folders as needed

For instance thew original 2 gig had folders such as DCIM , RECORDINGS ,ZEMAIL

I was playing with the camera and recorder

Am I correct in assuming that when U put a new SD in phone it probably formats it to a default state then as U use certain features it adds folders and files that it needs

I also noticed in a folder that both cards now have called Android within it is a folder called DATA and in that the original had a folder called com.google.android.apps.maps

Yes the phone will make folders on the card. Just load it up and it will do its thing
