Root SD Card?

I reinstalled my SD Card in my new phone. The pics and downloads are there, but where are the apps that I sent to the card?
 
You'll have to reinstall them, either from backup or new.

When you move apps to SD, they are not wholly installed there. They are still installed like a regular app, but most of the storage requirements for their assets are redirected to the new place on SD.
