Root SD-EXT moving

I'm thinking of getting a new 8GB Class 10 or 8 or 6, anything high!
But on my 8GB class 4 right now has SD-EXT from DTa2sd, how can i copy that content to the other SD card when i get it?

on nix you can, windows wont see it.

linux!!!

If you use CWM 3.2.4.8 I think it is it can backup sd-ext and u can restore it, or you can use a live cd or vm to see n save it.
