Phone was back to factory at this point except for kernel and TWRP root, i used play store app and downloaded dropbox and e3 or es3 file app tried instaling Rom the 3rd Rom on list ,in zte warp m860 all things root guide. Tried installing the zip every wich way onto sd,

WENT TO TWRP RECOVERY CLEARED CACHE + DALVIK, went and created one more backup while i was in recovery , immediately went to zip in recovery it will not flash gets stuck making its recovery during flash it says
/sd-ext not found and stops , EVERY F~& TIME....
I did look this up didn'tfind an exact fix most use cwm not twrp.
PLEASE HELP ME I KNOW IT CAN B FIXED PRETTY EASY LOL ;~|}~
GRRRRR!!!!!!!!

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with all this flashing?
I always use CWM, Re-download both CWM and Stock Recovery.
Flash CWM first, then use it to flash the stock recovery.

As far as getting your stock kernel back? I dont know,
unless you made a backup of the phone prior to flashing
a new kernel and or Rom.

But, if all you want to do is start over, and install a Rom Clean
Then just do a factory data reset, clear both caches, and flash the
Rom of your choice.

I use the super wipe tool found in the ATRG when flashing Roms also,
Does a good job at getting rid of things the Factory Data Reset misses.

I did do a factory data reset still have kernel still have TWR p when I try to flash zips to go back to stock it gets stuck in the same spot every time in TW RP that says it has something to do with partitioning the SD card? What if I do a hard reset will that whipe my OS or will it take me to come pletely back to stock with no root no kernel nothing? By hard reset you know what I mean right?

I don't know if this helps but I only have one SD card to work with at the moment therefore if I had too they're probably wouldn't be an issue at all and my card was previously 1 gig from being maxed it's an 8 gig class 2

Re-download both CWM and Stock Recovery.
Flash CWM first, then use it to flash the stock recovery.

sd-ext doesnt exist unless you partition the sdcard for it. So you will always get that error unless you partition the sdcard for it. Thus is a normal and non-harmful error.
