Root SDCard not working ... apps gone?

Hello guys, total noob here.

I tried to create a partition using MiniTool on my SDCard. First I saved all info from the SD card to my computer, then MiniTool asked me to format my SDCard, so I did, tried creating a second partition to work with Link2SD but failed in creating the partition. I decided to copy all my info back to the SDCard, it shows that it copies the data but when I check on my phone the SDCard shows as being empty ... Can't copy anything into it.

Can the card be salvaged and will I be able to copy my apps back to it, if so, how?

Thanks in advanced guys.

Also what would be the best way to create a second partition?

Was able to figure it out guys. Thanks

Have you tried reformatting to fix it and idk about partioning but I would at least get it to work again then mess with the partioning

You can always use testdisk to kill the bad partitions. And as far as I know, you can't use link2sd yet..

Thanks guys, I was able to figure it out ... had to reformat the sd card again using FAT32. Installed CWM to create the partition, copied everything back to my sd card and was able to successfully use Link2SD.
