Help second gmail accounts issue

Hi everyone,
I've got a problem with my new android 2.2 phone (HTC wildfire).
I've configured without any problem a first gmail account in the parameters/account and synchronisation center. My mail, contact and calendar are up to date.
When I try to add a new one everything seems to be ok, the connexion and the first synchronisation occurs (I only sync contact and calendar in this gmail account). But when I got back to the sync center, I see the new account only a few seconds and it is removed automaticaly...

What do I do wrong ?
