Yep, Ordered one of their screen protectors, and it shipped, as i waited being very careful with my phone, the package came, i opened it up, it had

A cloth to wipe the phone, to get rid of smudges before applying screen protector, a card with directions,
but wouldn't you know, they did not include the actual screen protector with it......

Im sure if you contact them and let them know what happened, they will send you a new one.

Not saying this is the case or not because I don't know. But standard rule of thumb should be to contact the company before complaining about the company. Give them a chance THEN complain if they don't help.

That's not a scam, that's an oversight. Using strong language against an individual is not allowed according to forum rules (read them, please), but it is not specifically mentioned with reference to a company. Seidio is an honorable company and they are represented here by @seidioseidio so I am going to refer this post to the forum seidio rep. In the future and in general, in your dealings, please refrain from passing judgement on a person or a company before giving them a chance to make typical, normal and ubiquitous human error right. I'm going to pass this message onto seido and also recommend this thread be ruled upon by the mods.
