so heres a question, if you order through amazon to save a little $$ what do you get, old or new? I assume they did not "recall" the ones shipped to thier distributors .
While they might say they exchange it for the updated Version how much time and expense is it costing you to go through the process. While waiting for the new version are you going to keep V1 on your phone risking the same scratches as HTC's phone has received, i would'nt? Now you risk accidential droppage etc for the time of the exchange.
So are they forcing you to buy from them directly, to make sure you are getting the updated version, thus making more $$$ selling direct
While they say theres no issue with case causing scratches on the phone, its strange they made changes to manufacturing process? No company likes to spend money on tooling (expensive) or a manfacturing process changes if they were not having issues.
Siedo is always the 1st to release new products for new phones etc, maybe this time they were too quick
Personally i would not be looking for this case anywhere other then Direct for a long time, i am sure the faulty versions will be shipped to thier suppliers without a care, or revision on the insides to be sold on ebay and amazon
