Accessories Seidio's bad customer service.

I got the best service from them I have ever experienced from any company. I even got a phone call to my home today to follow up. They will come through.
 
It shouldn't matter who you buy it from as long as it's a legitimate reseller. The mfg honors the warranty, not the reseller. It'd be different if the product arrived damaged. And if they try to give you crap since you bought it from a reseller, write a letter to the BBB and cc them on it. I had one of their CS reps act extremely cocky and condescending. Made a big deal about my order date and how long I had the case. I finally asked if he graduated high school since he couldn't understand the concept of a pre order and the actual case shipping out weeks later. While service is generally good, some of their people are highly questionable. Wish I would've remember his name. Total *ss.
Are there are other companies that sell Seidio accessories that Seidio will honor the warranty from? It's a tough call when i can save $20 buying a case from Amazon over buying it directly from Seidio.
