Help Sending MMS Videos

Ok, so I love my note 2, but I hate the mms video problem.

My iphone you could take an HD video and then MMS it to someone and it would shrink it.
Now my note 2 just says the video is too big.
I don't want to take videos in the Limit for MMS mode because they are terrible, if I take a video its for me, and sometimes I want to share it.

How do I shrink it after the fact to MMS to wife?

This happens on all Android phones, AFAIK. The mms video has to be a certain length or format. Something like that. It bothers me too.

So you could send a mms video with an iPhone but sending the exact same size mms video with an Android phone will not work? Strange
