I think I vaguely remember there being a bug with mms messages on the 3.5 ROMs, but I can't remember what it was.

Are you trying to send them over WiFi?
I believe if so, they won't send, you need to be on the network. I remember aamikam fixing this in his sense 3.5 ROMs by writing a script to turn off WiFi reconnect the mobile data, send the message, then switch back to WiFi. I think.

I could be totally off course though, its been a while.

A bit more information would be nice like:
Are you freezing any apps with Titanium Backup or another program with freeze defrost abilities?
Also have you read the dev's change logs or known issues to see if this is something that is mentioned? Are you using the stock app or another third party app like GOSMS?

Have you tried to wipe cache / dalvic ?

I always wipe cache/dalvic when I change roms, I also have titanium b_up, I have not done the freeze and thaw yet. Also no dev log, never tried one of those. I use both the stock app, and chomps SMS, both don't work.

I know you can't send mms on wifi, I switch to the network, but still no luck. I am running an ICS rom right now with the same problems.

He was referring to wiping dalvik cache & cache now, after the ROM has been flashed. It can help to clear up a lot of bugs.

However, this is a problem with sense 3.5 ROMS and I don't think a cache wipe will remedy the issue.

Also be sure that your PRL and data profile are up to date. Unfortunately the sense 3.5 roms are based off of Verizon phones, and you can't update them in rom. Also the ICS roms are based off of the base android code and will not have the options to update carrier software.

You'll need to perform a nandroid backup of your current setup, then flash a Sprint sense based rom. Then so under Menu / settings / updates / Update PRL. Let it do it's thing then go back into the same menu and update the Profile. Once again let it do it's thing. Once this is complete you can restore your nandroid, and see if that fixes the issue.

yeah, that's what I do. I guess it's just a sense3.5 thing, I will try a sense 3.0 and see if I like it. but I really like 3.5, and sending pics are my only issue!
