I was trying to send my bro a video i took of his daughter but seem to run into a dead end.
Does Lg optimus M allow you to that???

go to gallery press and hold on the video you want to send then pick share in lower left corner of screen and choose email.

ok i just sent a video bye text i composed a text message and picked attach then capture video, it had a 30 sec timer so you can only send a captured video thats 30 seconds long in text form but you can send any size video bye email.

video text size limit 494KB anything bigger wont send through text.

how can i send a video to an email address on an lg optimus m, i have verizon and yahoo for email address and when i try sending a video it says file to large, and the video is only 1 min and 50 seconds long, i dont get how its 2 large???

Which app are you trying to use to send Yahoo e-mails?
Which app for Verizon?
Are you using the stock "E-Mail" app for them?
