Have you cleared the data in HTC sense, menu, setttings, applications, manage applications, all. Scroll down to HTC sense ( the one that looks like a home page ), and clear data.
This will cause you to loose all your current widgets & set up, ie wallpaper etc
I didn't clear data either when I first installed lol. But anytime I have flashed the LeeDroid ROM after that, I flash the Sence 3.0 addon straight away, then restart, saves me from having to clear data lol
