Sense 3.0 on DHD?

Use the recommend 1.15Ghz... this should be fine, but yea overclocking might result in the device being unstable, hence it freezing.

However it should clock to 1.5Ghz easy as I think (don't quote me) the Flyer uses the same S2 chip in the Desire HD, just overclocked. But it could be from a more mature manufacturing process...

In reply to the original pay. The update to 3.0 starts today. Amazing. On the official HTC face book page.

I have not got the update yet .. I have a doubt..generally when manufacturers release updates to only some countries, do they check the phone's current location or is there any location hardcoded on the phone?? The reason i am asking this is I bought my phone in UK but it does not have all languages. Has only English(Singapore) and other asian languages. Will I also get the update alongwith other unbranded phones?

The thing that is really starting to piss me off with HTC is them announcing that something will happen "today" and then weeks or months later you're still waiting.

Their Facebook UK page said rollout started last friday but I've not seen anyone yet that got the update OTA. Why bother announcing if its simply not true?

Then the networks say they have no information or idea on it, and different departments in HTC also say they have no idea. It's a piss poor way to run a communications and development team!

I've got a UK unbranded Desire HD (from Carphone Warehouse) and today I have the 2.3.5 with Sense 3.0 update. 227.16mb's downloading as I type
