Root settings disappeared

I started deleting bloatware using Titanium Backup and now my settings button is nowhere to find, and also my google talk is gone! I did a factory reset but the settings button didn't come back. Please help.

Are they gone from the app drawer and home screen both?
Can you hit menu when on the home screen and get the settings option?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail. Gone on app drawer. Still showing when I hit Menu, but does nothing.

You made a nandroid backup with Clockwork Mod when you rooted? If so, restore the last working image.

a factory reset doesnt restore deleted items, all it does is format data, cache, and sd-ext.

i downloaded that apk file and added it to my prevail but i restored my phone thinking the settings would come back but it didnt so when i went to install it the default setting wont let me add the settings.apk and pops up an error window any suggestions

I also deleted my settings somehow with Titanium backup. I have tried to restore and it just says restoring forever. Finally I got tired of it and tried to factory reset my phone but it did not bring my settings back. Downloaded titanium backup again and tried to restore settings but now it says the settings wont allow titanium backup to do it, but I cant get to my settings. Arghh!! Help me please.

ODIN IS TEH SHIZNIT, without it, my prevail woulda been a paperweight today... messin with this stupid kernel... LOL
