Yes i treid using it and no luck. Ican send mms with no problem but i cant receive them

And yes i add everything bit it shows an error sending it
 
I was under the impression that the official one from Team Baked did not have data at all. Shabby's works with only one issue that I know about.
But the native tethering on BB8 does work, and it did not work on BB7. Definitely a plus. Also the issue with the keys acting like a long press is gone.

Wifi tether ? or is native tether another thing. Whats the one issue with shabby's ?
 
With BB8, you can check your Wifi settings and tap more and you will see the tethering section, no need for a new app.
The issue I found is that when trying to enter text into a text box in the native browser, or any app that uses the native software, it closes the program.
I switched to Chrome for typing stuff in, and just use the default browser for viewing.
Other programs that use this feature and are affected by the bug include: Dolphin browsers, Netflix, Wikipedia...
Don't have a compete list, but those I know have the bug.

No, haven't had that issue yet. I have used the camera from the app drawer and from the lock screen. It has worked without issue for me so far.
Any other issues you noticed that might relate to it?

Well, it seems to be hit and miss now. But I can't seem to think of anything that would be causing it.

Do u know if firefox is affected by this or not?
 
Whats the diffrence between bb6 and bb7. I went straight to bb7 with out ever trying the others , but i still see some ppl rocking bb6

I don't see anyone answering this, so I will try.
I think the two are different flavors of Jellybean. BB6 is 4.1.1-2 and BB7 is 4.2.1. BB8 is 4.2.2
I don't remember exactly which BB6 is, just know BB7 was an upgrade.
 
I'm still having the voicemail notification issue and can't seem to get any Visual Voicemail apps to work right and metropcs' "official" one won't install because I don't have it in my plan lol

In BB8, I hope this will be resolved :/
Wait .. I'm too lazy to check, has BB8 been officially released?

No, & it doesn't look like its gonna either. Its too bad cause I really like the way it can fully customize a phone
