No i don't even know about survive ota lol I wonder if I have to factory reset from phone :confused:
 
this is just a maintence released update. prolly to fix a few minor bugs. it has nothing to do with jellybean. it does however bring me grave concerns. the phone shipped with lj1 software, the update is lj3 which means that it wasnt long after the phone came out they made this update, yet it is just now coming out? that doesnt bode well for jellybean which when this build leaked a few weeks ago was still in testing....

You might have a point there but you know what they say. When it rain, it pours. :) At least, I hope so.
 
Hey guys I was just wondering what you might be going on with mine as well I used to be rooted but reset my phone and flash stock recovery so I'm back to stock. update goes through the whole procedure but when it reboots it says contact Samsung service center download fail. I noticed when I check device status it still says modified is that because of my flash count from odin that it says that or maybe because I am on Nova Launcher that it won't install correctly?? Help plzz:-)

Im getting the same error.. dont know how to put the survive ota..... im in stock rooted HELP :)

it goes to twrp and them I had to reboot and updated fail!:confused:


EDIT: Found the option for survive ota in superuser but still fails ,,,, dont know what to do
 
Sometimes for me superuser would deny things on its own. So what I would do is go into super user settings and select prompt then you should get a prompt before any action is taken and just hit okay for superuser permissions.

been using this with no problems......but now its starting to act up....crazy vibrations ...the gallery is flickering bad.....any suggestions?

What are the steps on Installing this ROM?
1.2.3. etc.. please.. this might be the rom for me..

hey tried to download his and its not even giving me the link to downlod... trying to download 1.04 do i need to start 1.01? how do i update it from there? i even tried 1.03 and still was working just bringing me to af.ly website... not sure what im doing wrong.

you have to click on the skip this ad button at the top of the page
