If I dont have a sdCard wouldnt a system wipe delete my file i need to flash?
each rom/firmware you flash installs a folder called system into your phone when you wipe system your just wiping that specific folder not your whole internal storage. now if you format internal storage then yea you lose everything.

I guess its just part of flashing roms, sometimes things will work and sometimes stuff doesnt work. You could do your best to find a solution to a problem and if others try too, maybe itll be quick. Other times itll tale some time and effort. You can always go back to stock for stability

I got an update this morning, Baseband and kernel version had change also.
Seems for ics eh why are they updating that when they are almost ready to release official 4.1.1

might be the kernel needed for the JB update and make things smooth. Like when the metro beta was release it lagged between screen transition.

Ok guys has anyone experience this I went to manually install it then it does its process of instant and and it reboots into twrp I just click on reboot system and after it reboots I get a message saying update failed to install contact Samsung
lol ill go back to stock just to see what it does.

I got that same message too. I still got the updated kernel though. It may have been in regards to root. Did you have a "SurviveOTA" option enabled?
I have redone the update and all it says is "No update available".
