Lol The win 7 dvd is easy...the dvd key is harder to get ;)

I've been thinking about just buying a copy of 7...i just don't have the funds so I'm trying to make 8 work.
 
Hello everyone. ...I installed Metropolis 1.3.0 today and I've been having a lot of freezing and rebooting, is there something that I can try before uninstalling it...thanks

U must of flashed it without wiping

Steps should look like this.

1.boot into recovery
2. Factory data reset
3. Flash metropolis
4. Wipe cache/dalvik
5. Reboot system

Last case scenario if all that still doesn't solve anything factory data reset and then wipe system. Then continue to step 3 and on. Also josh alerted me saying his issues was due to a bad download so after doing all this it still doesn't work normal try re-downloading the rom. Good luck.

A bit more info would help diva. How did you install it? Did you debloat it at all? Are the freezing and rebooting seemingly random?

Any info you can provide would help as you're the first I've read experience this.

i thought the premium suite was going to have the sphere camera. i just flash this one with odin to get it www.d-cap.net/4.2Camera_t04.zip. the only down side is it creates a new gallery and camera but it works.you can set your default to which you like best, but you have the best of both.
 
so now that master yoda (shabby) is here.....can i flash the md3 with odin? zip style. or does it need to be .tar?

Thanks guys for the quick response. ...for some strange reason it only seems to freeze, then reboot when I was signing in to my accounts and apps...strange I never experienced this before...but seems since I completed signing into my accounts, everything is okay now..... I'm going to redownload like N4zty suggested and start over to see what happens.
 
I don't understand you guys realize ya can debloat your rom yourself all ya need is some file manager such as root explorer or root browser then navigate to system/app and delete the obvious metro apps from there. There's nothing special about it. Some might feel nervous about which apps are which but if u do a recovery back up and take the time to look at the icons u can figure it out easily.
 
Idk if anyone else has had this problem but my data works perfectly fine for a bit but then completely cuts of is there a fix for this ?
