[SGS3-R530M] Metropolis Rom [4.3 Touchwiz]

The few bugs in the last version were a result of trying to get the multiwindow mod working and because of the mod itself. The mod is no longer necessary for multiwindow and so those few bugs should be gone.

Keep in mind that this means some of the bonus mods that came with the multiwindow mod... like volume track skip...will be gone untill someone mods them.
 
Were any of those bugs the stock wifi tether not working? I just realized it is not working. Is anyone esle having this issue?

Using a new rom distribution method: romdashboard by the amazing joeykrim i can push updates out to people, and send announments via the app to keep everyone informed :)
i am also going to be using google code to provide a bug tracking list, hopefully it can be better for fixing issues and keep everyone informed :) the link is in the 3rd post :D

i hit a lot of snags with it all and figured the 3-4 people who actually use this rom would like an update. as such this is basically a baseline rom (zipaligned, deodex'd, rooted, and a few build.prop edits.) ill be adding more as time goes on. i know arocker and ldrifta will make you guys some cool stuff to play with til the next version :P.

and of course there is always xposed mods (which have been massively growing in numbers btw)
 
Thank you sir. My download will probably fail on my way home from work but I'll just get it again and run it tonight. Looking forward to people actually using the bug reporting. Should be very helpful if they read.

agreed, i can rate bugs on priority, as well as see if oh noes it doesnt boot has 15 comments.. then more people care.

luckily though i know a lot of people dont use the rom, so means less work for me :P

i added in stat tracking a bit ago, i know how many people actually stay on my roms :P

you guys have a lot of choices for rom use, i base this on what i want in a rom. i just share it publicly so others can use it, if no one else uses it no worries i still am :P
 
I think I'll wait until a major update occurs though...
Oh...and I think that those stats are optional right...so you don't know for sure...

dont drink alcohol anymore long story, but involves deflecting faces :P

the main reason i did it like this is so everyone can enjoy the long delayed update, ldrifta and arcoker can grab teh files they want/need to start working on their mods/themes etc everyone else gets bug fixes for issues they had on 1.2.0, and premium suite :)

as far as the stats yea they are optional, but thats only if you disable them within the first 30 mins, after that the stats have been uploaded. (it will disable for future uploads, but the initial one is up already)

ill push out smaller quicker updates in an attempt to make it mod wise up to what 1.2.0 was. easy stuff like bootanimations and minor stuff will be done in a few days

edit: you guys are far too fast :P

the new modem is a seperate flashable, hopefully there is no bugs at all since this is as close to the stock metro software...

Yea shabby...just waiting for some of those mods like 4 way reboot to be integrated...
 
Had a hiccup but might just be my phone, but using the new Root Explorer for jellybean, I was uninstall some bloat all at once and the phone froze for about 2 minutes than reboot. Just wanted to let you all know just in case someone gets a similar error/hiccup.Like the rom by the way

Same issue I am redownloading, tried reinstalling to no avail
