Root shabbymod 0.9 installation help

Cant get it to install, Had the same problem with root downloaded a zip marked new says could not find prop area then cannot write any of the files
 
what's your android version?

2.2.2 you can install shabbymod and there will be no errors (assuming you follow the instructions)

2.3.5 you're screwed. Shabbymod is a Froyo mod not a Gingerbread mod
