Got it this morning (NYC area).
After updating (in the order I discovered them):
I had to re-add some of my widgets as they were replaced by the stock Sprint tutorial widgets.
There are 2 bullets (dots or whatever you wanna call 'em) in the bottom left and right corners of the home screen. You can use those to jump to the next page instead of swiping. The number of bullets changes in each corner depending on which direction you're going. You can also long press them or the Application Tab and you'll see a preview of each page and you can select which page you want.
Now has Swype.
The Application Tab behaves differently. Can no longer swipe up to open it, just tap it and it opens. Also, it fades in and out when opened and closed.
New applications (at least on mine): Google Search (an app now, not just a widget), My Files (file browser), News & Weather, Sprint Hotspot (doesn't work without paying for it) and Task Manager.
As others have mentioned, we now have the ability to end a call using the power button. Text messaging is now black-on-white instead of reverse.
Performance issues so far. Screen seems to be extra sensitive now. Probably my imagination since this was a software update, not a firmware update. Phone actually seems more sluggish to me, not less.
Under Settings>Applications>Manage applications, there are 4 tabs to choose from: Download, Running, All, On SD Card. From here, you can also select an app to manage and "Move to SD card".
That's it so far.
