What's the best way of sharing a large music file from a pc to the phone

you can use mspot for cloud based sharing (its in the market or mspot.com) or if you do not want to use such apps, connect your handset to your machine and copy over usb.

Yep, just hook up usb in Disk Drive mode, then copy the file over.

The dropbox or cloud option is good...you can share with others

You can also use WinAmp to wirelessly move music.

thanks for all the help . what's there best way to get from my friend who lives far his entire music file which is about 10 gb

He could mail it to you on an sd card. Otherwise he would need to uplaod it to a file share site
