Shipping Notification!!

WOOT! Just got my e-mail. Package has shipping and I got my tracking number.

I clicked the link in the e-mail and it shows it was picked up today in Memphis. Expected delivery is April 28th.

Memphis is about 3 hours south of me. If it's anything like Newegg's shipping with FedEx, then I might just see it tomorrow. When my orders from Newegg ship out from the Memphis warehouse I usually see it the next day regardless of the FedEx shipping method.
 
Just checking my email and I got the shipping notification about 2 hours ago... there's still no tracking data at Fedex, though. Is that normal? How long does it usually take?

No information for the following shipments/FedEx Office orders has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service."

Got the email, tracked the package only to see this notification from FedEx. I also paid for overnight delivery. I dont see any estimates on delivery time from either verizon or fedex.
 
Just a quick story, take it for what its worth...
Two weeks ago I did a replacement with my phone with verizon. They send me a refurb, I send them the faulty one within ten days etc.

I sent it out on friday, fedex said it would be delivered by 430pm tuesday. even until 3:00 monday it said estimated delivery, 430pm tuesday. It was delivered monday at 4:15 or so.

So even if it says by wednesday 4:00 etc, it might actually show up a day earlier, its probably just how fedex avoids setting deadlines they might miss once in a while. If its there sooner, it just flips to delivered instead of updating the estimated delivery time.

I'm still waiting on my shipping email, been "processed you should...2-3 days..." all day.

Order on 4/19/2010 "processed" at 7:54 pm. yesterday - received shipment notification at 5:21 pm today - Apr 25, 2010 - 7:19 PM Arrived at FedEx location MEMPHIS, TN ETA to me 28, in 63:21:20 an counting.
I am in Florida - no accessories ordered :D

I live in Little Rock. I'd like to actually see you drive from New Orleans to Memphis and see if you make in 5 hours. It's almost 2 hours from here.

They are not going to deliver based on Verizon's release date. Some of us will get it early, others won't. It's just gonna depend on where you live. I live 2 hrs from Memphis, and mine has already made it there. So I could get mine as early as tomorrow if there are trucks already going to head my way. The further away you live from FedEx hubs and Verizon's warehouse, the longer it will take and you will likely get it Thursday.
 
I live in Tulsa which is 5 hrs past little rock so maybe by tues no later than wed. But I did pay for over night shipping. If it does not happen fine I will get a refund.

Mine is 327329*** and my shipping info was sent in at 3:17am.
I also noticed it was supposed to get to me on the 28th before 4:30pm. But now its 7pm. The 4:30 was the time for overnight.
 
anybody who's phone has been at the philadelphia facility, has yours updated to West Chester and the status is 'picked up' now? that's what i'm seeing today

Unless you're seeing the shipping information was sent it shouldn't be moving. I totally forgot that step but I think Verizon sent their trucks out full of Incredibles to regional hubs and now they have to tell Fedex where to go. Picked up just means they have the box.

shipping info was sent yesterday morning, then it was at the philadelphia facility and 'in transit', and now it's in west chester and 'picked up'. just curious if anybody else had it there, not worried or anything. just want that bad boy to continue makin it's way to morgantown, wv! :D

West Chester is about 15 minutes from Philly, so they probably arrived in Philadelphia, then went to a sorting facility in West Chester, and are now going out in different directions depending on the regions. Just my guess since West Chester is so close to Philadelphia. I'm only about a half hour from West chester, so it would be quicker if I just went and picked it up myself. :rolleyes:
