Help Should I ota 2.2?

So I got my Dx yesterday and it came with 2.1. I want to try 2.2 but not sure if I should use the ota or some other version I can find out there. I guess main concern is battery life.
 
If battery life is your concern go to 2.2, it blows away battery life on 2.1. It is up to you with which version. I had the leaked 2.2 and it was great, went back to 2.1 to go to the OTA 2.2 and it is just as good if not a touch better. Battery life on both of them was amazing.
 
Wow thanks for that bit of info, I think I'll use 2.1 one more day and possible tonight 2.2 ota. I tried rooting and that seem to have drained my battery so I unrooted as I dont need to be rooted just this minute.

Can you go back to 2.1?
Anything 2.2 will restrict?
 
Battery life might be 10% better IMHO. Ok 15% better.
I think the update came out about the time people stop investigating/ playing with their phones("the new wore off" if you may) and the fact the battery now lasts a lot long is sheer coincidence.
Just my 2 cents. I could be a stark-raving lunatic also...

Once you go to the OTA 2.2 you are stuck there (currently). If you try and use the SBF that is out there to go back to 2.1 after going to OTA 2.2 it will brick your phone. So don't do that.
