Don't make me come to Hawaii now, ROLMAO, I still have the Androot on my phone, it might be outdated by now with cob webs :p

Oh just do it....
You can always go back to being lame!
: )
HAHAHA

Well - it still works as long as you didn't update....

When I found out all i had to do was flash a nandroid and could get everything back....it was a no brainer for me to go for it! (even though I thought my phone was fine)

As for hawaii - come on out....it doesn't suck!

Nope didn't update it 1.6.1 and I believe it is not in the market anymore, lol

YES pay the $45 to have it done. I would gladly pay that to have my phone worked on and "tuned up". There is this psychological block in my mind that I may destroy the phone. I have read up and down these forums about folks that Bricked their phones or are have some kind of trouble that locks them out of their phone. When I rooted my phone it took about 45 agonizing minutes and I did the cut and paste method. I was running on pure faith to get it done. I didn't understand the symbols that would pop up and it was a hard process for me. I have made changes to this phone and not all or very few of them have been smooth just do it changes. Now I have a memory issue and the apparent answer it to either flash a new rom or do the apps2sd thing. At least when I rooted there was a manual to download but with a lot of this you just do it. Would I pay to have this phone worked on regularly. Certainly Yes! $45 to just take it somewhere and have it done is well worth it to SOME of us. ;)

First of all the one click root is dummy proof IMO, and as for someone rooting your phone form $45, depends if you know who is doing it and you trust them especially if they are using the one click root also, LOL

I'll throw my hat in here and congratulate you too. You have had much better luck then I have and I wish you the best with that phone. It sounds pretty cool. But I still must say that I would pay. Some of you guys do this with such ease and others fight the damn things to the end. Maybe HTC makes some good runs of phones and bad runs of phones. I just got a bummer phone and I'm just lucky the Nandroid back up still works..............
