Should I Switch to Optimus M?

It would be the successor (sort of) to the Optimus M. It would be based on the LG Optimus 2X, but with LTE + CDMA chips.

Right now it's $689 off contract, unlocked in GSM version.

By the time Metro gets it later this year (in LTE + CDMA version) that price will have come down. IF Metro gets it. LG reps have made it available to Metro, but anything can happen in the next few months. A lot will depend on the LTE + CDMA phones Verizon comes out with, that can be adapted to Metro's LTE frequencies.

Here's current specs and reviews. But again, it may end up being a bastardized version for Metro to get the price down. :rolleyes:

Thanks, I've heard of the Optimus 2x, I just didn't hear that it would be coming to Metro. That would be awesome!

First one was a defected phone, 2nd after sometime I realized, I hated the camera, and just want the Optimus M now :P

It's all official now...order was placed.. I will have it Tuesday or Wednesday, but most likely Tuesday.
 
Optimus M seems like a really good phone. I was just wondering what the real limitations were to this phone. I understand this is a mid to lower end android, but what really holds this phone back.
