Help Should I update my handcent sms app?

I see that handcent sms put out an update (version 3.4.5) last week. Should I update to it? Have there been reports of bugs with this update? In general, what is the best way to find out if any app update is good or bad?

If it is an app I use all the time I update it. I have had no problems with any handcent updates I have.

345 is good to go, you can read the reviews in market comments or appbrain or androlib

Unfortunately still has issues with WidgetLocker.

Just get Titanium Backup and set it to b/u once a week. Easy to restore an old version if the new one causes you problems.
