Root Should internal memory change with ssm

Noob android user here, I recently rooted my phone using the Ctmod 3.68. I was having trouble with getting the memory to work on the data setting and the one time I actually go it to work my phone was sluggish but it said I had almost a gig of internal memory. So I decided to go the ssm route, followed all the instructions here on the forum and I think it worked but my internal memory was set at 117mb after rebooting (my phone and internet are wayyy faster) but after downloading like 6 apps its down to 105, is this normal or is my phone still using its internal memory and not the partitions I set up on my memory card?

I don't think you have it set up right when you first get it setup you should have 145 or so free. Then as you add apps and the data from the apps it'll slowly go down. Mine has like 150 app on it whole bunch of data and I still have the 68 free. That is pretty much were mine ended up stayin at. You might want to go over all your steps again and make sure you got it alright.
