I use Apex Launcher (for ICS) in which you have to manually edit each icon one by one. I also changed the screen grid to 6x6 and removed the names. However, you can get either an ADW launcher or GO Launcher pack from here and if you are using one of those you can select the icon pack and it will add them all for you. This will also add them in the app drawer too.

joined cos i luv this thread have installed locwidget and changed some of the icons but when i get a text or email i no longer get a number on the icon regarding how many emails/text ive got can anyone explain why or how to rectify it cheers chris
