As long as its uh I think 1900mhz lol
Whatever CDMA frequencies are, it should work.
My Boss at work has told me about customers that had sprint and used them, being that boost is sprint and rides on the same towers, you should be fine
Edit:

i bought a zboost...it is supposed to go to 1900....i first called boost to ask what freq. they told me it wasnt possible but i will see for myself...thanks for the info.
zBoost signal booster, and it works great. It will only work if you get signal outside. I didnt even have to buy the expensive antenna. I used the basic one that came with the setup. I placed the Antenna on my power pole up high and ran the cable that was provided. Placed the box in the middle of house and now i get full signal throughout whole house(1 story home). This is def worth the money. Also Boost stated that it wouldnt work...haha...that i needed to run updates on my phone...and change settings...haha...
