Root Signal Help

Ok so i restarted my phone (I do it once a week to run smooth) and i lost my signal, i can still make and receive calls and texts but i cant use the browser or anything with the internet. Can one of you help me out?

Yeah it was that but idk why that happened it never happens when i restart it.
