Help SII broken screen help

my galaxy sII screen is broken .. the device still working
and its locked with pattern .. i need to take my photos from the device
before i take it to the repair shop .. there is no SD memory on it .. is there a way i can bypass the lock to connect it on samsung kies ??
or any other ideas to take my data ??

I'm not familiar with the international version, couldn't you just hook it up to a pc and grab the files from the internal storage?

no i cant because the usb settings is set to samsung kies .
