Sistine Chapel

I'm not religious either but I do plan on seeing it in person at least once in my life. I have heard that it's rather beautiful.

+1 I have a love for things ancient. Always wanted to see Rome, so much history there, doesn't matter what you believe IMO

While I was in Mexico, I went to Chichen Itza. Holy hell was it hot down there but you'd be surprised how intelligent those Mayan folks were for the time period they lived in.

So i'm not particularly religious but saw this on a different forum and thought it was pretty cool.

Sistine Chapel

Pretty cool, I went to the Chapel a while back. Is it always amazing to see these things built hundreds of years ago... really spectacular.

Damn. Someone beat me to the Ninja Turtle reference.

Anyway, Rome is definitely on my bucket list. I remember seeing Westminster Abbey and St. Paul's about a decade ago now. Completely breathtaking.

Rome is so weird. Some parts of Rome look like New York (except safer... and cleaner...) and then you walk a few blocks and it's all ruins. It's kinda trippy.

Ah yes I've seen this in real life once.

Very beautiful. It's too bad I'm not catholic anymore.

I'd love to see Egypt, but my fear would be that it wouldn't be the safest place for Americans to go.

Stay in the city and its not bad. I went to Jordan when I was in that area too. Some people attempted to take advantage of me, charging me more for things but you just have to hold your ground and make people aware your not going to be taken advantage of. As long as you stay in tourist heavy areas your not going to get like kidnapped or anything.

Yeah Egypt is on the top of my list of places I wanna visit.

It used to be and is still way up there. All i wanna see is the sphinx and the pyramids of giza. Though some other ancient places of Egypt would be cool to.

These days more interested in ancient greece. The Parthenon, Colosseum..... Where to start, lol. Sad thing is i work for delta, fly for free, and haven't been anywhere that required a passport.
The cruise don't count as i didn't need one and we only stopped for a couple hours at jamaca and cayman islands

i've been there. the sistine chapel is smaller than I thought it would be. In any case, it was fascinating and I'd go back to italy in a heartbeat.

Yea i was surprised in the simulation how small it seemed... Still though, must be something to see in person

Somehow I get the feeling that I'd end up being kidnapped and people would be running wheresmydroid trying to find me. That tends to be my luck.
