Root Skype closing

I have a GT540 running CM7 M6, and my skype app keeps closing and signing me out, when I know I have a data connection (happens on Wifi and 3G) I have checked task killers and its not those, I was wondering if there is anything built into M6 that would cause this.

Btw I dont get a FC messege, the icon just disapears from the notification bar and if I open skype I have to login again.

getting exactly the same problem except on HTC Wildfire S,

ummm... never had this problem untill just recently (past week) and i've had my phone for about a month before that and skype has been working fine, i've made no updates to skype at all and it suddenly just started to log out a as previously stated in the post above.

someone look into this problem please, i've seen and read many posts on fourums and had no such luck in fixing this really frustrating problem!

yep, me too. icon just disappears from status bar and i have to re-log in.

the whole point of skype is so that people can contact you. well they can't because the stupid app keeps closing!
