Sure, you just need to download a barcode scanner app (handy to have if you like to comparison shop, just scan a barcode and it will show you prices around your area or on-line). Two that work very well are Shopper (by Google) and Shopsavy.

Once you have the app installed simply go into the app and point it at the barcode, it will take you to the download link on your phone.
