Root Skype w/ CM7

I am running CM7 and I can't seem to get my Skype video to work.. Any suggestions?

i do not use skype, but what is actually happening?

When I am talking to someone on Skype I can hear them but I can't see them nor can they see me.. its been like this since Ive been using cm7.
