Skyrocket not SYNCING, not connecting to NETWORK- WTF?

2 annoying problems Im having with my Skyrocket, hoping someone here can help.


1- I have auto-sync selected, but every few hours I have to go into SETTINGS and manually retrieve my GMAIL to get new emails-very annoying.

2- I have WI-FI enabled and use it while at home. When I leave the house, I want it to switch automatically over to 4G LTE. Well, sometimes it does, sometimes it just sits there, I have to power off, then power back on, or turn WI-FI off for it to switch over to AT&Ts network to get a signal for messages, data, etc.

Any fixes to the two aforementioned problems?

Basically you need to call att and have them.provision your phone to an lte plan

You may also need a new sim card
